Yale makes many Internal Combustion or IC lift trucks as part of their fleet. These lift trucks are engineered according to their particular specifications so that these machines could perform many jobs in a huge range of businesses. These trucks use Yale in-line, GM engines in 4.3L and 2.4L capacities and 4 cylinder Mazda engines, either 2.2 or 2.0L models. These engines are extremely durable, efficient and very strong. They have been proven for reliability and performance.
Yale's innovative design and engineering have produced Hi-Vis Masts. These masts have quickly gained a reputation for being very well built while also providing unsurpassed visibility. All components are manufactured to provide great performance and low-maintenance, longlife capabilities.
Yale's pneumatic IC lift truck has been designed to function in the most challenging environments and be able to perform numerous tasks. For instance, the Yale GP-VX Series features rugged 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder Yanmar, Mazda, Cummins and GM engines, available in LPG, Gasoline and Diesel units. These specific engines are application proven for giving awesome dependability and overall performance.
One more superior product is Yale Techtronix electronically controlled transmissions provide excellent durability and performance. Yale Hi-Vis mast incorporates superior visibility, innovative engineering and design and solid construction. All components are manufactured to provide extended, low-maintenance life while providing excellent performance.
Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Carriage & Reach Assembly
During a shift, both the reach assembly and the carriage parts on a narrow aisle truck go through an incredible amount of stress. The high durability of these components is totally required in order to assure that the truck maintains high productivity levels. Yale reach mechanisms are specially designed using heavy-duty parts so as to extend the component's total durability and long life. For more strength, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This specific design feature helps to maintain operator ergonomics and offer excellent durability. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design which offers optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
To be able to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly offers an inner frame which is stronger. This particular design is made to withstand shocks and vibration in load handling. There are many thick inner frame side weldments especially constructed for added durability.
